| Qualifications: | A first-class post-graduate degree, preferably in MBA/M.com in commerce/marketing with prior experience in academics or industry, or an M.Phil. or higher, will be preferred. Candidates with a degree in B.Tech. / B.E., MCA are also eligible for this post. |
| Stipend: | An inexperienced academic assistant will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 23,000/-, and with each year of relevant experience in the industry or academics, you may get a raise of Rs. 1500/- per month. The maximum salary for this post is Rs. 27,500 per month. |
| Age limit: | below 35 years |
2. Post name: Academic Associate
| Qualifications: | Ph.D. in relevant areas (marketing/commerce/management). |
| Stipend: | An academic associate with a PhD or equivalent will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 28,000, and with each year of relevant experience in academics or industry, you may get a monthly raise of Rs. 2000. The maximum stipend for this post is Rs. 34,000 per month. |

Tenure for IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2024
The appointment of these posts is purely made on a contractual basis for 1 year initially and renewable annually based upon performance, but generally limited to 3 years.
