Ysense review: Is It the Best Survey Website in 2024?

Survey websites are a great way to earn some extra income in your free time. There are various survey sites that people use, like Survey Junkie, Toluna, and more, and one of them is Ysense. In this article, we are going to analyze the survey website called Ysense and see if this website is actually worth using or not.

What is Ysense

It is a simple survey website launched in 2007 by Prodege LLC, which is an online marketing, market research, and consumer polling company based in El Segundo, California. Famous survey websites and consumer research brands like Swagbucks, My Points, Inbox Dollars, CoupanCause, Upromise, Pollfish, and Tada are also acquired by Prodege LLC.

Firstly, it was launched as a paid-to-click (PTC) site in 2007 and was named ClixSense. In 2019, ClixSense became a GTP platform and also changed its name to Ysense.

Earning Opportunities in Ysense

I think you all know, but still, here are some ways through which you can earn from Ysense:

  • Fill out surveys.
  • Tasks and offers
  • Daily poll
  • Daily checklist bonus (when you complete two surveys, you will get a bonus)
  • Referral program

Ysense Reviews and Ratings from Trusted Platforms

It holds a positive image on every review platform, like Trustpilot, where it has an average rating of 3.5 out of 5 based on 2,075 reviews, and 59% of reviewers has given it 5 stars. And if we talk about other platforms, then the current ratings are:

  • Survey police: Average rating of 3 stars out of 5
  • Glassdoor: Average rating of 4.3 out of 5
  • Site jabber: Average rating of 3.1 out of 5
  • Swift salary: Average rating of 3.5 out of 5

My personal experience with Ysense

When I first signed up on this platform, I was just looking for a side income source, which Ysense fulfilled, but only if I remained consistent and honest on the platform.

At first, there were no surveys available—literally nothing, just a blank page and if any survey was available, they just kicked me out when I just filled in my DOB in the prequalification form. After a few days, I got my first survey, which was easy to complete, and after a month, I cashed out my first $10 through PayPal.

The more consistent I got, the more surveys I started to receive, and then I noticed that the more time you give to the platform, the more surveys you will get, but the one thing that frustrated me a lot was disqualification without any reason.

They just disqualify you for no reason, but after some time, I noticed some things that were common for every survey website, and after noticing them, I figured out some tips and tricks that helped me qualify for most of the surveys.

How to Qualify for Every Survey

If you want to qualify for the maximum number of surveys, then you have to follow some instructions that I have been following to avoid disqualifications. To understand this in detail, I have written a detailed article on the topic “How to Qualify for Every Survey“, which you can check out.

Payment Proof

Here are some payments I have received from this platform:

Overall, I have made over $100+ using Ysense in 7 months which is less but as a side income, it’s not a bad deal.

Final Thoughts

Ysense is a legit survey platform that you can use to generate a side income, but it cannot make you a bunch of money as the number of surveys is limited. You can use these types of survey sites in your free time, but remember, don’t rely completely on them and don’t give all of your time to these survey websites. Spend the majority of your time learning a new skill and in your career.
